Membership fee collecting in ABLE (Association of the Bulgarian Leaders and Entrepreneurs) is tough. It's usually collected by bank. And people do bank transfers. This was tedious, difficult to monitor and most often wasn't a recurring payment.After building the ABLE mentor donations platform and being voted as member of the Executive board of the organization (2020 - 2022) I've created the ABLE Members hub. Members can log in, choose a monthly or annual subscription and enter their card details. I've implemented Google and Facebook login, the Gmail API for sending mail notifications concerning payments and the Epay Onetouch. Epay was the hardest of them all. Having limited documentation required a lot of back and forth messaging with tech support.

The platform has role management implemented. There are manager users who can check which payments have passed, which are due, and what cards are expiring soon. The platform is again made with Vue.js and Slim Framework. I've deployed it on private cloud compute instance using the provider Vultr.

Currently, the platform serves more than 150 members of ABLE. We're planning to double that number by 2026.
